A mix of ups & down

I recently booked a vacation package to celebrate our daughter's birthday in the beautiful Maldives. While our overall experience was a rollercoaster ride, I must take a moment to commend the exceptional service to your consultant, Sonwabile, who truly went above and beyond to assist us.

Unfortunately, our journey started on a slightly negative note when the timing of our flight tickets issuance raised concerns about whether we would make it to our destination in time to celebrate our daughter's birthday. This unexpected uncer*****y added a significant amount of stress during what should have been an enjoyable & worry-free trip.

Though we had some hurdles along the way due to last-minute flight connects & additional fees we ultimately find it necessary to give your consultant; Sonwabile, a well-deserved five stars for his outstanding commitment & customer service.He was our constant lifeline, regularly calling to check on the progress of our travel to the Maldives. His dedication to ensuring everything was going smoothly was remarkable and helped alleviate some of the stress we were experiencing.

Dankie to his efforts and approach to the hurdles, we were able to enjoy our time on the island, building beautiful memories as a family.
