Booked a family holiday in April this year, paid in full to secure prices. R 110000. DIRECT FLIGHTS were cancelled and I was not informed. From other reviews I have now read seems like my flights and accomdation have never been booked. Just recieved an email from the MD Francois Swart that the holiday is cancelled. With no mention of how I will be compensated. I am so distraught for my kids who have been so excited for this trip.
Please contact me if you are in a similar boat so thag we can pull resources together to sue this company. They are remorseless and ************. They took more money from me just yesterday promising flights out of durban.

Can you please email me on *** so that we can combine our efforts in legal action against priorty escapes. The lack of repsonses tells me that our money is gone. People travelled all the way to maldives with no accomodation booked. I am not hopeful that we will get this money back. This man must be jailed for his behaviour. They took money from me yesterday knowing the company was going down.
