110% happy client from start to delivery

So, I saw their advert on Instagram for a travel package from South Africa to the Maldives over Easter, and I knew immediately I wanted to go on the trip. However, just before confirming my booking, I searched them on hello Peter and found only one review, which was not good. This made me very anxious because the package price seemed soooo reasonable I wondered how true it was.

Anyway, after endless research and querying, I booked.

As I type this, I'm on my bed, in my water bungalow overlooking the Indian Ocean in the Maldives. Everything was seamless. The regular updates and ensuring we were sufficiently covered with travel insurance, the phone check-ins from our agent Shelley. Even with our endless querying, she remained calm and patient throughout and did all she could on her end to give us some comfort about the legitimacy of the deal.

I loooove this place and I'm in awe of the standard of the service from the Priority Escapes team. The team was even at the airport to ensure our check-in process is without hassles.

I recommend them any day and they did deliver on every thing that was promised as being part of the travel package.
