Bad service selling broken cars to public

About a month ago we trade in our Mazda 6 for a Land Cruiser and paid in R30 000 cash.

When we took the car from Prinz Car Dealers in Zambesi, Montana, Pretoria, we only drove 34 km when the car broke down and could notbdrive further due to the faulty gearbox.

I contacted Prinze auto car sales and informned them of the fault and the car left on the riad and could not drive anymore.

Prinze auto car sales then came and took the Land Cruiser an it took them 1 month to fix the gearbox.

We got the Land Cruiser back and hardly drove 99 km when the Land Cruiser blown a Gasket this morning.

The deal was done with me and we trusted the people of Prinze auto car sales, they said that the engine has been done over and NOTHING is wrong with the Land Cruiser and we took their word for it.

They also did not provide us with any documentation and said they will provide it to us as we still owe them R9000 on the deal.

We asked if they could not give us another car in a better driving condition.

We keep on trying to call the owner and sslesman of Prinze auto car sales but they do not answer my calls.

People be carefull of Prinze auto car sales, they are not fair and trustworthy, they have 3 stands in Zambesi, Montana, Pretoria.
