Train your staff

The lady that handles the designs doesn't seem to know anything about design. She was provided with an already-designed graphic and had to adjust the design to fit on a vehicle. She couldn't figure that out. I took the design to a different printing company and they measured the vehicle and adjusted the design in less than 10 minutes. They also told me that's one of the most basic skills required to work in that industry.

Please provide your staff with the appropriate training or hire someone that is competent and qualified to be a designer.
