Zero rating

The service we received from Printulu is not good, and their customer service is very poor. We requested pamphlets printing they couldn't get the job done when we ask for the refund, they said the refund take 14 Days to be returned, it is almost 21 days with no feedback from them. When we call the customer service number no one is reachable or responds to emails, or phone back when they received missed calls. I think Printulu is a Fly by night company.
