WORST WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE - ********

This company has to be the worst I have EVER dealt with. Their service is non existent, don't respond to emails even after numerous follow ups. They gladly accept your order online which you are forced to pay for 100% upfront and also pay for their so-called express delivery in order to make my deadline for the brochures. They then come back a week later and say the artwork I supp**** them with is not the correct size or format!!!!. When I questioned this all of a sudden they had managed to fix it. Well today I finally got an email stating that my order would be delivered on or before the 17th June 2022. This is more then 10 days later then I requested so many times in emails and the reason I paid the additional monies for express delivery. TO SAY I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! DO NOT USE PRINTULU. I really wish I had checked on hellopeter before I placed an order.
