Worst service ever

Atfirst you guys were very helpfull. Quick with qoutes and and. Now i dont get feedback. I have paid my order in full. It was said on an email once artwork approved it will take 6 working days to arrive by me. We are on day 8 and still nothing.

This is not acceptable and my client wants his money back
