The Printulu ****

Wow just wow ! This has to be the worst experience I have ever had, and I print a hack of a lot of work every month for the products we sell. But fortunately I was cautious and only wasted R800 on them. I will go to every media platform, Facebook, Instagram, twitter etc and warn people against this company. I feel like I have been ****med. The printed work they sent me was of the worst quality I have ever seen. When I complained they agreed about the poor quality. I was amazed a printing company would send out such poor quality work, and expect clients to be satisfied. Where is the quality control that was promised. I requested a reprint, however they apparently dont have the common 250gsm gloss grade paper I need, however its still offered on their websight. Its been 2 months now and still waiting, apparently still out of stock. Which printing company takes two months to get stock. Its laughable and a **** to deal with unhappy customers. My advise to any would be customers, pay the extra money, get the face to face service , and stick to your regular printing company.
