Tedious Custom Quotes

I was forced to sign up and register on the online platform just to receive a custom quote. The gentleman on email was NOT clear initially. I wasn't getting any answers so I started to WhatsApp their number and got some clarity. When I signed up, after 30min or so I had not yet received the quote - other companies by this time had already happily quoted me via email. When asked, He sent me a link on WhatsApp which explained I would wait a max of 6 hours for a quote. It's been 2 days..... still nothing.... what a waste of my time...
