Still waiting for my refund for an incorrect order!

I had the worst experience with this company, they don't deliver on time and it's impossible to get an order right with their outdated automated online system. They delivered my order incorrectly and its been more than a month that I have been waiting for my refund that they promised me will be paid within 14 days. Now when I call, the consultant "Derlwyn" tells me that there is nothing he can do because his not getting any feedback. So much for taking accountability! Be warned, if you're looking for convenience and quality, this is not the place!
