Printulu - USELESS

Started dealing with Printulu on the 15th of July but from the start it has been a struggle. I have already paid for the services requested and to date ( 7 August) I have not received any sample of the work they have been busy with. First they had an issue with the original quote sent as they said that the incorrect item was quoted, but on numerous occasions I informed them that I wanted something different than what they were talking about.

I have yesterday requested a full refund of our money as it is unacceptable to wait 3 weeks for just a sample (still not received). I am currently holding on the phone (been 20min) to speak to someone in a higher position to assist with the refund.

I will never refer any of my contacts to this business as this is by far the poorest experience I have had in my entire working career.
