Poor service and products from Printulu

I ordered a pull up banner with an economic mechanism, but banner was delivered with no pull up mechanism on the day of my event. I have been trying to get a refund but I keep on being told that the owner is away overseas and does not speak to customers. I wasted money, missed a good marketing opportunity and did not get any refund.
