Poor service and no quality
Ordered the A2 Correx Boards online with all the artwork, called to confirm if they received my order before I can process a payment was awaken by a very unprofessional Adelaide who didn't want to confirm the business address and to finally drive there, Ingrid the supervisor apologised and I thought everything was going to be quality and professional after meeting her, a guy called to confirm and change the outline on the flyers but nothing was sent for approval for the final print, then my order was delivered but the font used was not for A2 size but rather very small, filed a complaint with Ingrid she promised to follow up and resolve the matter but until now nothing has been resolved to the satisfaction of me as a client, emails are not answered and am sitting with the wrong and useless prints which I have paid for,,,, be very carefull when deciding to use Printulu.

As discussed on the phone, there was some miscommunication between what we meant by resizing and what you meant by making the font bigger.
Our standard resizing service is to scale the entire artwork to fit the final print dimensions and not to resize each element individually. Resizing of the individual elements is design work which is a different service that we offer.
Apologies for not communicating this clearly. We resolved the matter, resized the artwork free of charge for you to reprint.
