Poor Quality!!!
The same PDF file was sent as artwork for two different print runs. The flyers from the second print run are a completely different colour to the flyers from the first print run. When complaining about the flyers we were told that the artwork provided for the second print run was different. What utter nonsense! We only have one set of print-ready PDF files.

We can assure you that due diligence is taken in terms of offering reprints. We would never deceive or cheat a client out of a reprint if we know that an error occurred due to a fault on our side.
Yes, the flyers you sent may have looked the same as the ones in the order you previously made but the CMYK values were completely different and this is what influenced the colour. We do not touch clients artwork and our system does not change any design elements on artwork that is supp**** by a client.
We compared the CMYK breakdown on both artworks and found that the values are not the same hence why the print come out darker on this run. Please see the below CMYK breakdown.
