Pathetic Customer Service

extremely poor service from a customer care point of view, i ordered business cards to be printed on a 250gsm paper, what i received was more like a 130gsm or even could be a 100gsm paper business card. when i raised the complaint it was referred to their success department which claims to me that the paper they used is a 250gsm paper!!!!!!. They have not apologized or offered to reimburse my money in order to place an order with someone else who will give me the cards on the paper that i know is 250gsm. I have been in the printing industry for 20years now and i can assure you that there is a huge difference in 100gsm and 250gsm paper. Overall i will really not recommend them to anybody for the mere fact that they are not willing to accommodate you in the essence of them messing up your order. A simple refund would have gone along way.... I am not willing to put my reputation on the line to my customers because of their errors... I will rather cut my loses and go elsewhere and hope that no one else has to suffer the consequences of ordering something that you know as 250gsm and gets to as 100gsm and then try to make it seem like it is all your fault for not ordering a sample booklet of their materials. i am sorry but 250 gsm is 250 gsm all over the world....
