Paid Order Delayed!
I placed an order for pull up banners. I placed one order for 2 banners and uploaded 2 piece of artwork. Why allow customers to upload multiple pieces of artwork on the same order if they require two separate orders for pull up banners?
My order was supposed to be ready on the 19th of December and now the earliest date is the 8th of Jan. These banners are of no use to me now that I have a festival before then. I'm extremely disappointed and want my money back. They respond quickly to emails but when I request a refund I'm ignored.

Kindly note that it does state that you can only upload one artwork per ordered item on the website when selecting the quantity. The reason for the date changing is because you had an artwork problem however we already organized for Friday delivery.
