Hi there. Two weeks ago, I posted a review on Facebook, of the terrible service we received from Printulu. I also posted on Hellopeter. The following day I was called by their customer care manager Derlwyn. He apologized and told us that they would like to offer us something for the inconvenience, so we said okay lets see what they come back with, and so they offered us free express delivery... to which we said no because there was no problem with how quick our order came once they finally shipped it. The problem was on Printulu's side... not the courier company. So he assured me that he will get back to me after he has taken it up with his superiors.... well 2 weeks later we have not heard a peep from them. ****, ******* service and *********** staff who are full of lies. Printulu can go sleep. We will never use them again.
