False processes to catch customers.
Order placed on the 9th of November Got a payment and artwork confirmation on the 10th of November I had to follow up on the 21st of November on the whereabouts of my order and only received an automated reply with the approximate delivery date of the 29th of November, 20 days after I have placed the order and paid. The communication is poor. It takes forever to get a reply. And now I'm still waiting for two weeks for my refund. I believe Printulu is in serious logistic and financial problems. How can it be that a small refund will take forever if there are no cash flow issues? They also don't appear to have an accounts department to allocate payments.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and apologise for the inconvenience we caused you.
Your order being late was an unfortunate human error on our side, we are constantly working on making our processes better to improve the client experience.
With regards to refunds, we do state in our terms and conditions that it will take up to 2 weeks to process, the reason for this is that we deal with a lot of transactions coming in on a daily basis and accounts reconciliation is done biweekly. It is not that we want to withhold anyone's money it's the most structural way we can do it at this point in the business.
Your refund request was lodged in on the 23rd of November and in an effort to assist the agent that assisted you expedited the order as best as he can when he realised the mistake, it will be processed as soon as possible.
Kind regards,
Tumi Moloi
