Disappointed in Printulu
I ordered a white label store from Printulu, I payed the R2000 deposit, it's been more than 2 years, and all I have been getting is excuses and promises. I probably sent over a dozen emails, with them promising the white label store will be delivered soon, communication from them has completely stopped, they don't answer my support emails anymore. I used Printulu many of times in the past, this completely destroyed the trust I had in their business.

06 May 2023, 16:15I was eventually refunded after many promises of having the white label store delivered. I spent so much time on preparing all the requirements for the store, and sending it to Printulu. I bought a domain, for the store, and had it renewed for 2 years to accomadate Printulu delay. This is unprofessional, no apology, no nothing, and the owner wants to get ****ed at me for getting ****ed off because of their bad service. Printulu is unprofessional, at least the owner is. Bad experience, I have a bitter taste in my mouth because of Printulu. Instead of addressing the issue, the get angry because you have an issue, unbelievable.
