Disappointment after giving them another chance and don't care attitude. How can you not provide a proof before printing? And then state well other companies do but we don't. How would I know your company is different, if you don't state before hand...we will not provide a proof before printing. Please add this to consultants script!! I cant provide you with the higher ups details. So the person making the mistake is the only one I can speak too! I referred a another small business, just got off the phone with them to say don't use them please!
