Complain about Printulu Printers- ***
Ive ordered the Posters and Flyers, in 2 conservatives days they were asking me for an Artwork which I provided as I wanted my Poster and Flyers to be. Now as the time was not on my favour , I ask them to refund me because the Poster and the Flyers was meant to be for the event which we even organised with the Metro Police.
The manager of Printulu Printers told me that they will refund me after 3 weeks . Which is not a good business for me.
I urged them that I need to pay the Printers that they rescue me for the Poster and flyers. Can you please Help me to get my money back.

Please kindly note that there has been a slight miscommunication with regards to this whole issue. We are not refusing to refund you your money and we will never do that, we were just offering you the money as in-store credit to use on your next order plus 1 free design as a courtesy. In-store credit makes it easier when placing an order as you only select the store credit and your order gets processed without the worry of uploading any proof of payment.

In-store credit makes it easier when placing an order as you only select the store credit and your order gets processed without the worry of uploading any proof of payment.
Please take into consideration that we did try to assist you before your deadline but the designer couldn't work on the images you sent as they were screenshots. We do understand that as a first-time customer you did not understand how our system works hence why you ended up seeking a refund. We initially quoted you on design services of which you declined and told us that you have your own artwork. You eventually sent us the poster artwork but the flyer artwork was still outstanding, our designer tried assisting but unfortunately there was not much she could work on.
I will forward your banking details to our accounts department and once the payment has gone through we will let you know.
Our apologies once more for the inconvenience caused.
