Bad quality and worse service

The lamination on my posters was so thin that it was barely detectable. One of the posters was torn and 6 were bent. If they hadn’t taken days to respond to me the matter could have ben rectified with a re-print but instead I missed my deadline and can no longer use them. They refuse to give me a refund and to date the problem has still not been resolved. I’ve been promised phone calls on multiple days that I’m still waiting for. I’ve been battling for more than a week.
