AI - no. Artificial chaos & confusion. Nothing beats sincere human beings

I haven't experienced such poor service from a print company before. Their automated services using so-called AI is everything except intelligent. Email responses are constantly hijacked by the BOT, and service agent Sinsisiwe gave me incorrect advice. Derlwyn tried to rescue the situation, but too little to late. ORD-*** needs to be cancelled and a FUL refund effected.
