Printstagram sucks!

I redeemed my Groupon voucher for the Printstagram canvas on the 22nd January. The website says it takes 14-21 days to receive my canvas's. I sent an email to find out if everything was still on track on the 4th Feb to which I had received a response that my order was in production and that the turnaround time is 14-21 days which I noted.<br> <br> I sent a follow up email today to find out where my order was as tomorrow will be 21 days and I am now told that my order is still in production and that suddenly the 14-21 day turnaround time excludes public holidays and weekends!<br> <br> I am very disappointed as this was a Valentines Day gift for my husband as this is our 1st V day as a married couple. Now I'm stuck as this has ruined my entire surprise!<br> <br> I feel very let down and annoyed!<br> <br> I will never use this website again!
