Poor Customer Service

I am quite disappointed in Printstagram<br> They had a special on groupon and there was no indication of the limit per deal<br> When I had last checked there was 6 days left within which to purchase it.<br> Upon checking it had said Offer over.<br> I emailed Printstagram immediately to enquire whether they could make an exception and their response after 3 days was that they could not assist but I could make use of their voucher special on their website.<br> I emailed further to explain that this was meant to be an anniversary gift and there was indeed another company on groupon that could do canvas printing at a cheaper rate but I had chose them because of the good reviews and quality and asked if they could please reconsider, I have had no response at all.<br> I considered Printstagram to be professional and customer orientated but I have however been proven wrong.<br> Disappointed at their lack of professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction <br>
