Just don't care

I ordered a book in January 2016 and awaited the 14 working days they claim to take...when phoning them they say it's in an automated system and they can't see it, Phone again and the same answer. Phoned one more time yesterday and still the same **** answer. A month later and they JUST DONT GIVE A **** about my problem. They happy to sit with my money but can't deliver the service. Instead of saying 14 working days try telling the truth and say how long we decide to take.
