Extremely poor quality & very abusive language

I bought 4 canvasses via Groupon.The canvasses was delivered & the printing quality is extremely poor.I contacted the printing company & provided proof of the poor quality with a photo of the quality all my other canvasses were printed. <br> Ruan phoned me&immediately attacked me saying he cant understand my problem.I explained that the printing was poor quality with the white of the canvas visible through the picture&the separate colour dots from the inkjet printing clearly visible.I referred to the example I send of good quality printing&he started screaming at me that it was printed on plastic.It is not.Its canvass.He then started to verbally abuse me telling me I am 'a little stupid architect' & 'you dont have a clue', I was so shocked at this abuse that I put him on speaker phone (I was in the gym)&he immediately changed his tone, speaking calmler.I asked him if he ever intended to listen to my problem&he said \NO!
