Terrible Service and Rude Owner!
Terrible service from the owner 'Mr Oosthuizen' As i walked into the shop he greeted me with a 'YES!' no good morning or good afternoon, he insisted that it was his way of greeting his customers. Long story short i tried to get him to understand that that's not the way you greet your customers, he further mentioned that its his shop and he can greet customers how he wants. Told him i would not spend even as little as a Penny in his shop due to the bad customer service and he was not bothered. Passively aggressive and very rude owner. Dismissive and Rude! he clearly does not need customers. No one, absolutely "NO ONE" should be behaving in this manner in 2026!

Poor service and deduct 20%of your deposit
Poor service charged me 20% of my deposit after they realize they can't make a banner. But 1stly they said they can make it for when I've paid my deposit there after they came up with a story this and that is not correct. So then they said they'll create a new banner at R450 extra so I said it's too much for a banner they can ell everything and paid back my money. So they went ahead and created a banner the doesn't even represent my products now they charge me 20%for this useless banner. If I ask my money back they just don't answer me at all. Please guys watch out for this place.This is not how you run a business they said they vmcan make a banner and after you've paid they come up with stories and then take 20%of your deposit money.
