Ultimatum- New Cards(no spelling errors) or Money Back

I ordered PCV banner and 500 business cards at a reputable organisation(The Print Palace) in Tembisa. I provided my designs in both pdf and Jpeg.

The banner was initially printed with incorrect data on it. I queried and it was later printed with the correct data. I'm loving it...

The cards looked all good, until I noticed that there were spelling errors.. On the design file I provided, it says: "Specializing in Black n Grey Tattoos and Cover-up Tattoos..." However, on the printed card it says: "Specializing in Black n Grey Tato os and Cover-up Tato os..." The design file I provided, never had spelling errors. I queried there and there, and the owner(James) was more interested in explaining how the spelling glitch may have occurred and wanted me to take the cards as they are. I left them business cards with him...

I went back to The Print Palace after a week or so... James seemed to be more interested in explaining the flaw as he demonstrated how it may have happened. What's odd is, he is aware or rather, he knows that the application/software they use tend to alter things(texts/fonts) on designs. And then he pointed at one of their claws that states: "they are not to be held liable for any errors on print Jobs if it the customers own design"... He also mentioned that reprinting the cards will be a loss to their organisation and, proposed that I pay and extra R 180(50% of the 500 Cards price) for the re-print.

I stated how unhappy I was with his proposal, and it proved that nothing I said will make him change his mind.

I am not going to pay the extra R 180 for reprinting the cards. All I want is New 500 cards with no spelling errors, or my Money back.

There is so much I wanted to get done, at The Printing Palace... But, after my customer experience - Ima take my business somewhere else..
