Printing Jet is not a legit company, very unprofessional and very bad quality

This company deserves NO starts, Please be careful and do NOT do business with them. I ordered 5 Triplicate books for a business from them. I send the logo and only pictures of what i wanted. Specified on my email that the logo must be added on the book cover and every page. Got the quote, struggled sometimes for almost 2 weeks to get hold of them. So being frustrated, eventually i heard from Felicity who "is the owner of the company". That is what she is telling me. I later send them the wording, where what must go and all they had to do is the layout of the page, i even specified, with a BLUE block where the logo must go. Received the books, brown hardcover, not color as i asked, no logo, not even black on the cover and no logo on the inside of the pages. I have 21 emails where i tried to get hold of them. Today, i found them, told them the quality is very very bad and there is no logo anywhere. Felicity 'The Owner' blatantly refuses to let me speak to anyone else, no other contact numbers or email addresses but hers. "I must accept i made a mistake" she says, my only mistake was using them. I have never been so angry at a company. The fact that they are just refusing to admit it was a mistake, refusing to let me speak to anyone else, 'She is the owner'. This was really a huge mistake, i would love to see that this email goes to the correct person but she will probably just delete it. I had a horrible experience.... I was unfortunate to have this experience with them, but that is how we learn. They do not even respond to any queries or complaints. This was a horrific experience.
