Took money, but failed to deliver the printing

I paid Printing Hub R25k and have not received my books. On the delivery date they told me that their binding machine was broken, but that they outsourced the work to another company to ensure I received my printing in a couple of days. It's now been more than a month. After chasing and chasing and receiving empty promises, I instructed attorneys who contacted them, but they have also not reverted to attorney.
