Terrible service

I would discourage any private person or professional business from using the service of this company or their owner.

As part of the trustees we entrusted the Printing Hub and their owner Priviledge with a job which was paid in full in June. Our money was taken and no response was further provided. When we were following up the call centre agent promised to return our calls - never happened.

I spoke to the owner myself, he promised the next day the job will be finalised - never happened.

Quote was provided & paid on June 6th and to date still no response/ no job / no excuse.

Clearly the job was either perceived to be too small or this business is front for *****ing cash. Any private individual - please be careful as this company and its is owner is ********* and not trustworthy. For corporate businesses I would also heed this same warning as I will also encourage all business associates of mine not to deal with this company.
