Completely useless service. The two receptionists seem unable to call back. I ordered a book and when I came to collect it and the specified time it was not ready. I was not notified before this. I asked for it to be delivered but was not called back. I followed up several times and no more information was given. Despite many requests to be called when they had information an entire week passed and neither receptionist followed up with me. I managed to get ahold of Privledge, the manager, but had a similar response. He failed to call me back and stopped answering my calls.
