Printease really exist?

I was about to place an online order, and just before making the payment, I decided to just give the business a call to double check the items would be available for delivery within 1 week.

First the phone just rang, and then cut off.

Then I read the review on hellopeter about it being a ****, and I got concerned. I phoned again. This time the phone was answered after 1 min with just a Hallo. When I asked about the quality of the product, I was told to hold on to be transfered, I was then cut off.

Luckily I did not suffer any financial losses, but at this stage I would be very careful with any orders from Printease.
