Pathetic

I placed an order , the order was apparently sent with a courier. The courier company sends a tracking notification that the parcel was ****** as the driver was hi-jacked. When i contacted them , they advised me to contact the merchant. When i called them, they advised me to contact the courier. Between Internet Express and Printease someone has taken my money and not delivered.
