Owner offered to rectify problem, and is now ignoring me

I had a few canvases printed for my company as we do graphic design, and some clients want canvas prints. They came out the wrong color. The owner Mohammad told me he would rectify the problem but has not and it is now more then a month. Because of this problem, my company had received its first bad review and now I have to find a new printer and pay for this order again. Mohammad has had MANY excuses during the month as to why the order has not been sent, but its all lies as our other orders were sent fine without problems. I was also promised a refund, to which Mohammad had now stopped responding to me on Whatsapp. I am moving all our work to a new printer.
