Worst service from Print 24 in Umhlanga
I ordered and paid for 100 x Presentation folders in December 2017. After major delays with the print layout, I was eventually given my order in January 2018. To my disappointment, I discovered that 30 x Presentation Folders were short delivered! I called on numerous occasions and spoke to "Sydney" and was offered empty promises! It is now March and to date I have not received the balance of my order. This bad service is unacceptable. I also found the manager Jay very rude. Never will I utilize their services again!

The company has just been sold and i am here to make right on all issues from the past. Can you please respond to me with any details I may need to correct this. It is important to note that the new holding company that has bought the Group has only purchased the assets of the company (LEMPITSE TRADING ***) Trading as Print 24. There Is no legal obligation on the new owners concerning debts and refunds.
Having said that we want to make things right and we are prepared to make settlement arrangements as we our here to do right by our clients and rebuild the brand we desperately want to work our all past issues and move forward in a productive and positive manor
