Very bad after sales service and print quality.

I ordered 5 back and front printed t-shirts on 17th December 2019. The t-shirts were printed and delivered on 20th December. They were full colour on both sides and were for a party that night. I washed two of them and the print almost totally washed off. They never sent washing instructions although I did do a cols water wash. They offered to refund me for all the t-shirts saying that there was clearly an issue( I have this email still). To this date I have not received any refund after me sending countless emails. It is nearing two months later with no refund.
