Shop facilities are in question never mind staff

Print 24 umhlanga. Can not breath in shop as they smoke in the shop and all printing stinks. The boxes fell off the shelf above the door and hit me on the head as I walked in shop. Shop forgot to print my printing told me to come back at 5 shop was closed at 16.h40. Had to chase for a quote for 3 days without art work. Bosses and directors all on holiday and no managers to uphold shop. All these complaints were followed through with a phone call with Hugh declining all the above. Not even a simple apology for lack of service. UNACCEPTABLE PS. Response for smoking in shop it’s a personal preference....good answer print 24. You earned your status.
