Print24 - Terrible Print Quality and SHOCKING Business Ethics

I URGE EVERYBODY TO STAY AWAY!! IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS SINCE THEY PROMISED ME A REFUND FOR WORK THAT WASN'T DONE!! I had a quote with Print24 for roughly R11 000.00 - They were meant to be doing my marketing material. This included banners, brochures, RFID Card Printing, Business cards, Tear Drop Banners etc.

I kid you not, they didn't get ONE THING right. The printing was SHOCKING. Service even worse! Spoke to both the manager and the CEO, both extremely apologetic and promised me the refund for the RFID cards as they didn't even get done (roughly R6000.00) - They are now blatantly ignoring me.

Completely shocking how this company conducts business. I don't think ill be receiving my refund, they have basically ****** from me.

STAY AWAY!!

Would you please give me your invoice number so i can look in to this and get to the bottom of it. The company has just been sold and i am here to make right on all issues from the past. Can you please respond to me with any details I may need to correct this. It is important to note that the new holding company that has bought the Group has only purchased the assets of the company (LEMPITSE TRADING ***) Trading as Print 24. There Is no legal obligation on the new owners concerning debts and refunds. Having said that we want to make things right and we are prepared to make settlement arrangements as we our here to do right by our clients and rebuild the brand we desperately want to work our all past issues and move forward in a productive and positive manor Joe
