Print Disaster

<p>After several proofs I finally agreed on a copy that was to be printed. The books where delivered with FIVE print errors !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I was assured that my upfront payment would be refunded within the week. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have since called weekly and now the manager makes an excuse whenever I call not to talk to me. SICKENING !! </p>
