Pathetic and The worse service every! This company owes over R6 000 Refund want to do payment plans - STAY AWAY

Its was confirmed in May that the refund will paid back and POP will be sent as yet nothing happened and payment plans - Unacceptable

This has been outstanding for such a long time, and I've been fighting for the refund for months now, where I was assured that a pop would be sent.

Despite all our respect, I'm confident your company and CEO will also be unsatisfied with the outstanding refund or the payment plan.

If the full amount of R6414 is not paid by 14 July 2023 | Friday, I will be handing this off to our legal department and small claims courts will preparing the documents and proof in the meantime.

This has been handled in an embarrassing manner for the past few months. I have emails and emails, I have phone logs, I have emails that state you are going to make the payment and provide the POP. I have emails from staff telling you as an accountant how much money needs to be refunded.
