Print 24 - Ashli and Jay poor business ethics

Pathetic business ethics, dealt with Jay and Ashli. Jay has made it quiet evident he has no expertise in this industry, and Ashli has no form of business ethics or courtesy.

Jay had provided a very expensive style of print labels(R3335 for 10 labels) that he had promised would meet my needs. After applying just one of these they failed miserably. I had given him a week to provide a solution which he failed to even communicate to me. I give him a call later and get sob excuses therefore i request a refund which he agrees on, a month later i still did not receive it. I go to his store in quiet an irate state had a word with him before his “regional manager” Ashli advised me she would have this sorted. I gave them 3 days which then only half was paid, i then gave them another 3 weeks and todate zero communication from either if them. Seriously would not recommend anyone undertaking business with this company
