Poor Service

Very poor service , messed up my order , came to fetch to resolve the issue , only made it worse. I had to pay someone else to do the work. Sales Manager promised me a refund , its now more than a month and a half later , after numerous phone calls and even emails to the C.E.O and accounts department , they don't even reply on email or bother to phone back , running away from the issue. I don't want to give them any rating unfortunately the system does not allow that.
