Pathetic service

Print24 Umhlanga.... Made and order and paid 4 weeks ago... To date the order has not been attended too... I called daily with no solution accept that i must hold for production who never answers. The franchises has no complaints line no escalation process except sending an email to ceo@24print. There is by far the most pathetic company ever.. Mind you they guarantee 24 hour service.
