Order placed and paid for but never delivered

I paid in full for an order for 2 banners on the 13th of September 2017. I have never received my order and have been **** to by both the manager, Jay, and the owner, Peter, on several occasions regarding the delivery of my order. I was even promised a refund because they were unable to deliver but that has never been received either. I had my attorneys send a letter of demand which they have ignored and I will now be pursuing this through the courts.
