Don't use Print24

Please be wary of Print24 in Umhlanga Durban. I run an NGO. We needed t-shirts (for uniforms). Ordered and paid for on 18th February 2020. T-shirts were ready for collection on 20th February. T-shirt quality was deplorable: too thin and translucent and print work was below sub-standard. We took t-shirts back on the same day and we were told that we would receive a full refund. Apologies sent and promises made on email by the Manager, Jay. Since then, we have sent/made numerous emails/phone calls, requesting our refund. Ashli (I assume is in sales and admin) never gives us access to Jay. There's always excuses about delays from their new Finance Department. We have now escalated the matter with the Consumer Protection Ombudsman's Office.

We are an NGO and we have communities that depend on us. It is terribly disheartening to have received such treatment from Print24. We conduct our work with the utmost sincerity and we expected the same treatment from Print24. We were sorely mistaken. They are ************, *********, highly deceiving...the list of adjectives can go on.
