BE WARNED!!!!

I have waited in vain for a whole year, hoping and praying that Print24 Umhlanga would do the RIGHT thing and send my products that were paid for in FULL ahead of purchase. I only received half the order in good quality. Half of my business cards were cut wrong, the banner I ordered was possibly the worst printing I have ever seen. Half of the T'shirts never arrived, they claimed that the quality wasn't up to their standard so I changed the order for more of the good quality I had received. They promised to deliver.... Afetr waiting for weeks, I eventually drove 80km to face the manager of the shop personally to beg them to PLEASE do good on the order, he is a spineless individual that has absolutely no remorse, doesn't really care and is SUPER unprofessional. Please do not waste your time to even try to reason with these people.

I WISH I had looked at hellopeter before dealing with this company, I would never have ordered anything had I seen the many complaints. If you are looking to do business with them PLEASE take note of the warnings and read the reviews, they are true, I believe in second chances and sometimes things go wrong, which is why I waited for a year before posting this, but alas still nothing from the owner or the manager Jay. My business is new and losing over R1500 in printing is not good for me or anyone for that matter.

I am researching ways to report this business to the Consumer Protection Act, they really should not be allowed to keep doing this to people without consequence.
