Bad quality and customer service

I dealt with Pretoria branch for print24 / print24online and they were paid up front in full to deliver 100 Diaries for a client of mine. After multiple failed promises and horrible quality and shoddy finishing, we ended up 4 months later going to another printer to finish the job correctly, using the same artwork we provided print24. What print 24 could not deliver in almost 4 months, the other print company did in 2 weeks with no issue and my client was happy. I requested multiple times for a refund of the Diaries as the quality and finish of the end result was far from acceptable. Even the CEO promised us a quality result on time and he too failed to deliver. I have now had to pay 2 printers for the same job and despite my letters and emails, they ignore me and brush me off. They refuse to return my phone calls. It is now 2 months later and they completely ignore me. I deal with many printing companies and as far as I am concerned these guys are ********* and when it comes to big jobs you run a big risk with them. I have now had to engage lawyers to deal with this as they think because I am a small business I will just let them take my money.
